With Boost, you own your audience. To view it, click on the Audience tab in the navigation menu. Here, you’re able to discover and sort all customers that have interacted with your brand on Boost. Customers are assigned one of 4 status indicators:
- Registered - Customers that have pre-registered using your brand link, but have not made any purchases
- New - Customers that have purchased from you once
- Active - Customers that have purchased from you multiple times within 60 days
- Inactive - Customers that have not made a purchase from you in over 60 days
To view details about any customer, simply click on them in the list. On this page, you will see their order statistics, contact information, and shipping address. To see their pending or previous orders, click View all orders.
