Purchase History

Buyers can view all of their recent product purchases and payments on the Purchases tab.

 

1. Status Badges

Badges exist to help buyers keep track of their purchases through Boost. Here's a quick rundown on what each of them means:

• Pending - the product order has been placed and is awaiting fulfillment from the seller
• Paid - the payment for a digital product Tag has been processed
• Shipped - the order has been shipped and should arrive soon
• Refunded - the seller initiated a refund

 

2. View Purchase

Buyers can see the details for any physical goods they’ve ordered by clicking on one of their purchases. This page will also include necessary details for contacting the seller’s customer service team and tracking information for the order.

 

3. View Payment

Buyers can find details for their digital product Tag payment by clicking on any item in the Payments tab. This page will also include the Payment ID and customer service information from the seller.
