Buyers receive 3 types of email notifications:
1. Email verification
Upon completing an order or signing up, Boost will send an email asking the buyers to verify their email address. This is done to maximize security and to ensure delivery of order receipts to a valid email.
2. Order notifications
When an order is placed, buyers will receive a text confirmation as well as an email receipt. The email receipt includes the total as well as an itemized breakdown of any shipping and tax costs.
The seller's contact information will be automatically included at the bottom of the receipt. This is so buyers can easily contact them for any reason.
3. Order refunds
Buyers will receive an email notification when a seller issues a refund for an item. Buyers can only request refunds by contacting the seller via their contact details.
Note: Refunds are handled by our payment processor Stripe, not directly by Boost.
