The Orders section will contain a list of all orders placed by customers through your product Tags. All orders will be marked with one of 3 status indicators: Pending, Fulfilled and Refunded.
Note: Orders placed for products imported from Shopify can only be managed & fulfilled on Shopify. Boost will automatically reflect all updates made to the order.
1. Order Details
To view order details, click on one of the orders. This page will showcase details about the product Tag, customer information, and the total amount paid for the product. Here you can also update tracking information for the order, refund it, or mark it as fulfilled.
2. Tracking
To update tracking information on an order, simply scroll to the bottom of the Order Details page, enter the shipping courier and tracking ID, and press Send tracking. Customers will receive tracking updates via SMS and on their buyer accounts.
You may use a third-party shipping label generator, like Shipstation or Shippo to generate shipping labels and tracking information (Integrations Coming Soon).
3. Fulfillment & Refunds
After you have shipped the product and sent tracking information to the customer, press Mark as fulfilled at the top of the Order Details page.
If your customer requests a refund, simply press the Refund button located at the top of the page. Please note that Boost is currently unable to track returns, meaning that all refunds must be coordinated by the seller.
